Pada tanggal 25 Januari 2014, anggota Komunitas Warga Senior (KOWAS) cukup beruntung disambangi oleh Liong Pit Lin dalam suatu acara sharing bersama dr Handrawan Nadesul yang membawakan topik "8 Jurus Mencegah Kanker".
Acara pertemuan ke-26 dari KOWAS dilaksanakan di Auditorium A “Bintang Toedjoe”, Jl A.Yani no 2, Pulomas, Jakarta Timur.
